No.4: Uni-life is "cool"

Saturday, November 19th, I have just attend Mass Media Club 1 Year Birthday Party, happy birthday our club, I feel so excited because I had opportunities to meet lovely members in this club.

In this week, our team - Dream Girls - also built the first draft idea for our short film. At first, I wanted something with shocking plot twist, however, it was too hard to make it come true, so my team decided to change it to a "chasing dream" topic. This is our story synopsis:

"An is an ugly, shy girl with a big dream: becoming a singer. Day by day, she waked up, went to her computer, put on the headphones and started “Morning coffee with Ms.A”- a daily radio talk. She seemed to really confident and happy when talking and singing, however, when saying goodbye to the audiences and ready to go to school, she felt tired. She said goodbye to her dad and closes the door. At school, she walked along the lobby with her head down, other girls laughed at her appearance. After that, as she waking on the street, she randomly stepped on the flyers which say: “BEST VOCAL 2018 - we only need your voice we don’t care how you look.” She decided to participate in that singing contest, besides that, she chose to wear a mask to hide her face. She walked into the audition room with the mask, the judge hesitated at first, then agreed to let her wear that. When she was singing, one of the audiences recognised her as Mr.A. She passed 2 more rounds (each with different masks), the judge and audiences loved her voice. In the final show, when she was nervously sitting at the corner of the waiting room, the judge came in and encourages her to take off her mask, after considering, she went on the stage, showed her real personality and took off her mask. SHE HAS A LONG SCAR ON HER LEFT CHEEK. The room seemed to be silent, she told everyone her story, explained why she has that scar and confessed her love to her dad, who was sitting in the audience zone. An’s dad was touched and tore on his face. Then, she sang her composed song, when the song was done, everyone stood up and cheered for her. Finally, she won the first prize in the show, everyone cheered for her and her dad was really proud of her. Since then, she does not have to walk fast and keep her head down."
